Where are the cigarettes manufactured?
Most brands are manufactured in South Africa.
Are your wholesale cigarettes of high quality?
All are of the highest quality made by major international companies. We do not stock 'imitation brands'. Incidentally, much of the world's finest tobacco comes from Southern Africa.
Are the wholesale cigarettes exported from member countries of the Commonwealth?
Yes. All the countries from which we export: South Africa, Swaziland, Botswana and Lesotho, are members of the Commonwealth.
Have taxes been paid on the discount cigarettes we export to you?
Yes. ALL taxes due to the Governments in the countries from which we export have been paid in full. It is your responsibility to comply with any internet shopping rules your country might have.
How do you ship my cheap cigarettes?
By airmail. All orders are packaged in plain wrap in order to keep private the fact that you've ordered cigarettes.
Are my details ever shared with a third party?
No, your privacy is of paramount importance to us, all client details are kept private.
What if our discount cigarettes we order do not arrive?
We want satisfied customers, who re-order again and again. As a general rule we will resend (at our cost) if your cigarettes fail to arrive - BUT this (for obvious reasons) is at our absolute discretion.
How long will my wholesale cigarettes take to arrive?
We ship by airmail. Your cigarettes will usually arrive within 7 - 10 days.
